  1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) contains that how the Company (ULLU99) uses any personal information submitted or collected at the Site with consent of Users.For the purpose of this Policy, wherever the context so requires "You" shall mean any natural or legal person who has accessed the Site and/or agreed to become a buyer / seller on the Site by providing required details.

The Privacy Policy is governed by Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”) and Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
