Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

ULLU99 provides for Cancellation policy on for those order which are not shipped. Once the order is Shipped or collected by our logistic partner then in those cases cancellation policies are not applicable. The User can any time track the status of its order and accordingly avail for cancellation option.

 

  • RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY:

ULLU99 offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy.  Within the specified return/exchange period, User can easily return / exchange the product/s using our App/website. However, there are a few basic rules to be followed:

  • Product has to be in original packing and unused condition, original tags and MRP tags should be intact.
  • Products ranging from 99 to 299 are not to be Returned / Exchanged.
  • Return and Exchange options are applicable on Products ranging Rs.399 onwards.
  • Exchange/Returns are allowed only in case of any defect/damage /wrong dispatch/Quality issues.
  • Return/Exchange request shall be raised within 3 days from date of delivery of the Product.
  • User shall use the Return/Exchange option on a particular order only once.
  • There will be no return/ exchange on personal/intimate wear (Bra, shorts, Panties, Perfume/spray, swim wear, & cosmetics) for maintenance of hygiene and every such product will have such intimation.
  • In case of return/exchange, User has to provide 2-3 pictures of the product intended to be returned or exchanged.

NOTE

 Our delivery agent will perform a preliminary inspection at User’s doorstep. ULLU99 shall reserve the right to restrict/decline exchange/ return of the items purchased from ULLU99 if User is found in breach of above-mentioned terms/conditions.


  • REFUND POLICY: 
  • After a quality check of the product at User’s doorstep and upon successful pickup of the product for which return request is raised, ULLU99 will initiate the refund process within 15 days from the date on which it receives back the product.
  • If the product returned was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the given destination address, the refund of the same will be directed to the source of payment deducting the applicable charges for gift wrap.
