Delivery policy

ULLU99 has a very flexible Delivery Policy and takes care to deliver the product to the User at the lowest shipping cost.

  1. The product is usually delivered within 5-7 days, depending upon User’s location, an order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to User detailing the package delivery date, tracking number, total cost. ULLU99 ensures at its best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. In case delivery date has passed and User still haven’t received its order, please email us customercare@ullu99.com or call us at 9742036036
  2. Do not take the product if the Package is already open or tampered. Call User care immediately at the contact details mentioned above.
  3. The User can track the product on ”My order” on the ULLU99 App
  4. In case the order is cancelled at our end or lost or undelivered, ULLU99 will refund the amount including shipping fees, if paid online.
  5. If User is not available to take delivery, 2 additional attempts will be made to deliver order, after which, the package will be returned to us.In case of a prepaid order, User will receive the refund in its ULLU99 Wallet after deducting the shipping charges.
  6. Shipping modes, formats, SPV and their respective charges will be at the sole discretion of ULLU99. Applicable Shipping charges will be displayed below the Products itself.
  7. Product charge is excluding Shipping charges. Shipping charge may vary depending upon the delivery location.
