  1. In order to ensure Users convenience, ULLU99offers a variety of payment options to Users. ULLU99 reserves the right to add or delete payment options mentioned below:
    1. Payment through net banking
    2. Payment through credit cards, debit cards
    3. Payments through cash on delivery
    4. Payment through ULLU99 WALLET.
    5. Payment through any other online channel/mode.
  2. While using the payment options, User agree to provide correct, complete and proper information such as credit/debit card or account details which may be stored by ULLU99’s third party gateway provider.User shall not use a credit/debit card or account detail which is not lawfully owned by him/her.ULLU99will not be responsible for any claims/liability arising out of any unauthorized use of payment options by User.
  3. This Payment Policy is governed by ULLU99’s Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy and Delivery Policy. Please visit the dedicated sections.
  4. ULLU99reserves the right to refuse the processing of transaction of User who have suspicious or questionable transaction history.
  5. ULLU99 accepts payments only from selective and reliable banking channels. ULLU99 does not itself handle the money transaction. ULLU99 has entrusted the service related to the payment to a third party. This is done to offer a better service, with all the features that this dedicated operation requires. It has been done to guarantee a safe and professional service in the respect of all the quality standards.
  6. ULLU99payment method is smartphone friendly so User can have easy access to ULLU99Services everywhere and whenever User want.
  7. ULLU99 shall not be held liable/responsible for any damages arising out of following:
    1. Transaction declination
    2. Payment issues arising out of technical glitches
    3. Any other reasons beyond the control of ULLU99
  8. All the products listed on the platform are inclusive of all taxes. User agree to pay all the charges/fees/taxes associated with the products.
  9. User agrees to report any discrepancies/ error in the pricing/payment to the Company.
  10. In the event of error in publishing the prices on the platform, the Company reserves the right to stop the dispatch until the error is rectified and Users makes the payment for the difference in price in response to an email communication or SMS from the Company. If the pricing on the product is more than the MRP then the user shall report the same to the Company.
  11. In addition to the terms and conditions of ULLU99Payment Policy, the User shall abide by the terms and conditions of the financial institution being used for payment.
  12. Cash on Delivery: The ‘cash on delivery’ Payment Option allows Users to make a cash-only payment to ULLU99’s delivery executive or logistic partner at the time of delivery of the purchased Product to the User. As of now, ULLU99 offers a maximum order value of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) under the cash on delivery Payment Option and ULLU99 reserves the right to change the said limit. ULLU99 reserves the right to not provide cash on delivery Payment Option for certain Products (these could be Products specified by ULLU99 or Products with value exceeding a specified amount) or locations. 
  13. ULLU99 Wallet- ULLU99 Wallet amount cannot be transferred to Bank Account.User may use the same amount for User’s next purchase. If Users wish to deactivate his/her account, the amount will remain in the wallet. If any unnatural or fraudulent activity by user is found on the Platform, ULLU99 may have all right to hold back the payment from the ULLU99 Wallet.
  14. ULLU99 reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If ULLU99 makes changes to this payment policy, we will post the revised payment policy here.
